Note: if you get an error message that MFC71.DLL and/or MSVCR71.DLL cannot be found when trying to install the patch, try copying the downloaded patch program to your Easy-PC program folder and running it from there.
Note: on Windows Vista, you may need to run the patch program with Admin permissions to allow it to install the updated program files. To do this, download the patch to your hard drive, then right-click on the downloaded file in Windows Explorer and choose "Run As Administrator".
Updating older Easy-PC versions
The following updates for older versions are still available for download. They will update your software to the last revision of that major version. If you need to update an earlier version, then you will need to buy an upgrade to bring your software up to the latest version (11.0.2).

Updating Stockit to version 1.5
If you are using any Stockit version from 1.0 through 1.1.4, you can update your Stockit software to the latest version by contacting us to buy an upgrade.

Updating Stockit to version 1.1.4
The following patch for older versions of Stockit is still available for download. This will update your software to version 1.1.4, the last version before the new 1.5 was issued. To update to version 1.5, you will need to buy an upgrade (see above).

Program Updates
Program updates are provided as 'self extracting' installation programs that will guide you through the installation process. These will either be Setup programs like those you used to install the software in the first place, or 'QuickPatch' programs that present you with a simple dialog giving installation options.
Library Updates
Library Update files are composite data files, used to update installed Easy-PC for Windows libraries. The procedure for installing these is quite simple:- Download the file to your hard drive
- Start Easy-PC for Windows
- Choose File then Libraries
- Select the appropriate library 'tab' for the type of library
- Click Add File
- Use the file browser to select the library update file you downloaded
Depending on how long it is since you installed your original libraries, you may need to download and install more than one update. To keep the overall size of updates down, each update does not contain fixed files from previous updates.
Please note also that if an update contains more than one type of file (Components, Symbols, etc) then the update file needs to be applied on each corresponding tab on the 'Libraries' dialog in Easy-PC.
The list below shows the latest version numbers for each of our products. If you are using an earlier revision of the same major version, you may be able to download a patch to update your software, or you may need to contact sales for more information about upgrading.

Upgrading to another 'major' version
If you are using a product with a 'major' version (the first part of the version number) lower than the latest one, you will need to purchase a full product upgrade to bring your product up to the latest version.
For example, if you are running Easy-PC version 9.0.6, you will not be able to upgrade to any revision of version 11 by applying any of the version updates shown here on this Updates page. Instead, you will need to purchase a Version Upgrade. In other words, updates for version 11 can only be applied to version 11 installations and are not backwards compatible.
